Refunds

Within 14 days

Ask within 14 days of any purchase or renewal and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. That covers Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime and another year of updates.

To ask, write to support@dupermail.com from the email address you bought with, or include your order number from Polar's receipt. We refund through Polar, back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

After a refund, the License Key stops working. DuperMail goes back to showing a reminder.

After 14 days

We don't give refunds after 14 days, except where the law requires it. The 14-day free trial is there so you can try everything first.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel Monthly or Yearly any time in Polar's customer portal. Canceling stops future charges. Your License keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. To get money back for the latest charge, ask within 14 days of it.
